Lauren is an expressionist painter from Oakville Ontario, currently living in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Her creativity has taken many forms over the years but it wasn’t until her mid 20’s that it took the form of abstract painting. This experiment rapidly became an everyday occurrence and before long, she had a vast body of work.
Bold, colourful, and often eccentric, her finished work is a representation of her unique train of thought.
"I believe my artwork depicts a dichotomy of ideas. I don't like the idea of sticking to a particular 'style'. I want the freedom to go anywhere with my art. To be sentimental one moment and disheartening the next. Without constrictions, the possibilities are endless."
